Official Stationery

Official College stationery, including letterhead, #10 envelopes, business cards, nametags, and large mailing envelopes, may be obtained through the Facilities Operations Office.

Student Recruitment Publications

Albion's student recruitment publications are characterized by several interrelating elements as shown below. This graphic look should be used on all communications aimed primarily at prospective students and their families. These publications will follow the standards for official colors and fonts described in this Graphic Identity Guide. The Communications Office will work with other departments as needed in creating the appropriate graphics for use in publications for prospective students.

The official College logo should appear as a signature element on the back cover of these publications.

Publications for Other Constituents

When appropriate, Albion's publications aimed primarily at audiences other than prospective students and their families will also incorporate elements of the graphic look developed for prospective students. These publications will follow the standards for official colors and fonts described in this Graphic Identity Guide. The Communications Office will work with other departments as needed in creating the appropriate graphics for use in these publications.

Templates

The Communications Office is devising templates that incorporate the graphic identity elements and can be used for various purposes. The Communications staff can assist you in customizing these templates for your needs. In addition the staff can work with you in designing additional templates for your purposes.
