Albion

The Albion College men’s golf team has been designated as an All-Academic squad by the Golf Coaches Association of America. The Britons are one of 20 Division III teams from around the country to earn a grade point average of 3.0 or better.

Albion was led in the classroom by three players who achieved mention on the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Academic Honor Roll. Zach Benedict and Mark McLaughlin were all-MIAA performers on the course in 2008 in addition earning high marks academically. Scott Merritt also earned recognition on the MIAA’s Academic Honor Roll.
