
Finch takes helm of Briton softball program

Finch graduated from Madonna University in 2008 with a degree in psychology. She achieved Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference status twice during her collegiate career, earning an award her freshman year while playing for Concordia University before transferring to Madonna and gaining another all-conference award as a sophomore.
Finch joined Albion sports information director Bobby Lee for an audio edition of 'Inside the Briton Huddle'.

Finch graduated from Madonna University in 2008 with a degree in psychology. She achieved Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference status twice during her collegiate career, earning an award her freshman year while playing for Concordia University before transferring to Madonna and gaining another all-conference award as a sophomore.
Finch was a .296 hitter in her three seasons at Madonna and she slugged 14 doubles and six homeruns and drove in 40 runs over her last two seasons.
Finch was also recognized as a member of the Daktronics All-American Scholar-Athlete Teams in 2007 and '08.
In addition to her all-conference awards at Homer, she was a two-time honorable mention all-state selection. She also gained all-region, all-district and team most valuable player awards two times during her career with the Trojans.
