Albion College has advanced to the semifinal round of the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association volleyball tournament for the first time since the event's inception in 1999 after it scored a 25-18, 25-16, 25-18 victory over Trine University inside Kresge Gymnasium. Morgan Watler (pictured at left) led the Britons with 12 kills, two service aces, and a block assist. Emilee Goralski added eight kills and two block assists. Albion advances to a Friday night match against Hope College, the league's regular season champion.
